It only takes a few minutes to familiarize yourself with net>HIRE™

The process is simple and flexible.  There is a pre-determined sequence that users will typically follow, although each step in the process can be completed in any order.  For instance, applicants may wish to begin by reviewing available postings.  Once a position of interest is identified, you can complete the online assessment.  


Here's what to expect...


1. First, you'll select a location and position of interest (Select Position) from the available choices.

2.
Once a position is selected, the assessment for that position
is available for online completion.  Typically this involves three steps including Experience, Skills and Work Style, although this depends upon the employer and the requirements for the position.  

3. Then you'll be asked to
complete your personal profile (Personal Info) and register online (Select Login). Your profile includes contact information where and when employers can best reach you. Select a User ID and Password that enables you to return to update your profile, at any time.

4. Next, you'll attach relevant documents (résumé , cover letter, etc.).

5. Finally, you be presented with a summary of your profile. Review this information including self-assessment, personal contact details, résumé , cover letter, etc. for accuracy.

A
few things you should know ...  

When Applying Online, there are three methods for providing documents. You may simply copy-and-paste your résumé and other documents into your application, upload your pre-made files or provide a URL link to an online version of your documents. 

Only authorized personnel will see your information.

You can print your self-assessment results. Make sure to set the print option of your browser so that the page orientation is landscape. If you don't wish to apply at this time, that's okay. Any information entered is not saved until you complete the registration (Select Login) step.
